1. Pricing

All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR). Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. If an item is out of stock, WoodenToys4Kids will contact you to either select an alternative product, or we will offer a full refund within 30 days.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WoodenToys4Kids reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. If you have paid for a purchase and your order is cancelled, Wooden Toys 4 Kids  will reimburse your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, WoodenToys4Kids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price. 

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to any price changes.

Wooden Toys 4 Kids  reserves the right to adjust product and delivery costs on the website at any time.


2. Payment

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

Payment may be made by bank transfer into our bank account, details of which are available on the ordering process and will be emailed to you. Wooden Toys 4 Kids will not dispatch any orders until full payment has been received.


3. Liability

Wooden Toys 4 Kids  shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever, consequential or otherwise, caused by any product offering available on this website.


4. Disclaimer

The contents of this site are provided as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.
