Payment:

We only accept EFT (internet banking payments) or bank branch deposits into our account. We do not accept credit card payments.  When you complete your toy selection and you have added all items into your shopping cart, you will be asked to check out.  At completion of the check out procedure you will receive our bank account information.  Please email us a beneficiary payment confirmation.  We will only dispatch your order when we receive the payment confirmation from you.

Delivery:

We will post anywhere within South Africa. Please contact us for a quote on shipping to countries outside of South Africa’s borders.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment by Ordinary Domestic Post, providing that goods are in stock. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for the good to be ready for collection from your local post office.  The delivery costs will be calculated during check out depending on the total weight of your order.  Standard postage costs R35 for less than 1kg (+R5 / additional kilogram or part of).  If the delivery charges are different due to size of your parcel or change in postal fees we will always contact you first and will never charge extra without your consent. For deliveries through the Post Office, you will be emailed a tracking number once the item has been sent. For this option you must please stipulate your correct postal address including postal code – WoodenToys4Kids will not be held responsible for items sent to incorrect postal / street addresses.
Please enquire about speed services and door-to-door delivery fees and international delivery rates.  For courier deliveries, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched.
Returns / Refunds / Cancellations:
Returns for refunds will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Customers must contact WoodenToys4Kids for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition. Postage or courier costs are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to WoodenToys4Kids in its original condition.
Any incorrect, missing, or faulty items received must be reported by email to WoodenToys4Kids within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 
WoodenToys4Kids owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that may have been dispatched in error.
Once an order has been placed, cancellation of orders by the customer are not allowed.
